In accordance with article 8:6 of the Royal Decree executing the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations, ½ðºÌÓéÀÖ³Ç SA/NV (¡°½ðºÌÓéÀֳǡ± or the ¡°Company) (Euronext Brussels: ½ðºÌÓéÀÖ³Ç) announces that, following exercises of stock options by members of its personnel, it has disposed of ½ðºÌÓéÀÖ³Ç shares OTC in view of deliveries of these shares to the relevant members of the personnel, within the framework of the Long Term Incentive Program of the ½ðºÌÓéÀÖ³Ç Group, as follows:

 
In addition to these exercises, on 4 March 2021, under its Stock Award Plan 2020, ½ðºÌÓéÀÖ³Ç SA/NV has delivered for free respectively 141 and 176 ½ðºÌÓéÀÖ³Ç shares OTC to 2 members of the personnel of the Company and its subsidiaries.

The highest independent bid price on Euronext Brussels on 4 March 2021 was € 81.06.
